My order said it shipped, then barely moved. Took way longer than expected. Support wasn’t much help either. Just vague replies. It did show up eventually, but the delivery was a mess.

I bought this thinking it would be easy to carry around, but nope. It’s way heavier and more awkward than I expected, and the handle barely makes a difference?! If you actually need something portable, I wouldn’t count on this.

I’ve taken my Allpowers solar panel on two weekend trips now, and overall it’s been solid. In full sun, it charged well and kept my power station topped up without much hassle. Once the clouds rolled in, it definitely slowed down a lot, but I’m guessing that’s just how these panels work. My only real complaint is the cable could be longer. I’m happy with it so far, though I’ll admit I’m a little wary if I ever have to deal with customer service, so hopefully nothing goes wrong

I don't know... for what you get, the price just feels a bit too high. I was expecting it to feel more worth it, but it kind of left me thinking I could’ve spent the money better elsewhere.

It works fine overall, but the build quality is just okay and feels a bit cheap. I don’t expect everything to be premium, but it seems a little wrong to cut corners this much and still present it like a solid product.

The battery lasts a decent amount of time, but it definitely drains faster than I was hoping. To be fair, I probably started using it at the worst possible time when I needed it to last all day, so that didn’t help. It’s not terrible, just kind of okay.

I bought this for camping and really wanted it to be dependable, but it didn’t play well with a couple of my devices. My laptop kept disconnecting, and the charging was inconsistent enough that I started feeling unsure about relying on it. Support was polite, but they didn’t really solve the issue. After that, my confidence in it kind of faded, and I regret buying it

I’ve been using the app mostly to check the battery level and tweak a few settings here and there. It connects quickly, and so far it hasn’t crashed or done any weird stuff like that. It’s simple enough to use, and I haven’t had any problems with it yet

Not gonna lie, I found the site frustrating to use. The menus felt all over the place, and I kept ending up on pages that didn’t really help me. I was just trying to find some basic info, but it wasn’t clear where I was supposed to click next. Maybe other people have an easier time with it, but for me it was confusing

I picked this up from ALLPOWERS mostly for camping trips, and I’ve been really happy with how fast it charges. I don’t even have to leave it plugged in all day for it to get topped up, which is a huge plus when I’m trying to get packed and ready. It saves me from sitting around waiting, and overall I’m satisfied with it so far

I ended up returning my order because it just wasn’t quite what I needed. Support got back to me in a reasonable amount of time, not lightning fast, but totally okay. They sent over the return instructions, and my refund came through a few days later. I do wish the return process was explained a bit more clearly on the site, but overall it worked out fine 👍

I had to reach out to customer service about my order and it was kind of a mixed experience, the first reply took a few days and by then I was getting annoyed because I wasn’t sure if anyone had even seen my message, so I ended up sending another one just to follow up.
They did finally get back to me and they fixed the issue, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the whole thing felt slower than it needed to be and the communication wasn’t super clear, it wasn’t awful or anything, just one of those situations where it worked out but could definitely be smoother...

They was helpful in the end, but it took longer than I expected to get everything sorted out.
